Title and Summary
Agent Suite - Solutions Integration Manager AmericasAbout Mastercard Agent SuiteMastercard Agent Suite combines technical support with customizable AI agents, leveraging Mastercard's extensive payments expertise, data-fueled insights, proprietary technology platforms, and 4,000 global advisors.
The Role
As Solutions Integration Manager, you are a systems thinker in motion — the sharp generalist who has begun to see the whole and move it. You are joining a strategic program, supporting Agent Suite leaders across the entire value chain with breadth, while cultivating a declared minor — the depth that makes you invaluable in one domain without narrowing you into it. You think in systems, act with discipline, and carry your specialization into the field, where constant client contact sharpens both. Your edge can lie in breadth or in depth — both move the engagement forward.
Operating with Excellence and Integrity
Mastercard has a long tradition of serving clients in highly regulated industries. In an environment where autonomous systems can act on behalf of people and organizations, the responsibility we carry is significant. Data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance are not checkpoints at the end of a project — they are the foundation upon which every solution is built. Velocity and integrity are not opposing forces; they are complementary imperatives.
What You Will Do
Contribute across the Entire Agentic AI Customer Delivery Process
- Work end-to-end — from leading the creation of proposals to leading a complete Agentic AI Integration project, or standing as its technical authority where your minor runs deepest — with the breadth of a generalist and the judgment of a systems thinker
- Contribute ideas at full strength and carry genuine ownership of engagements — moving them forward with a bias to action and steady quality across a dynamic environment
- Demonstrate maturity beyond managing tasks — managing vendors, people, and stakeholders with the composure and judgment to hold relationships and outcomes steady at once
Crystallize and Specialize
- Own the consolidation of learning across engagements — turning battle-tested, hard-won insights into the codified backbone of the practice
- Cultivate a declared minor — the depth that makes you invaluable in one domain without narrowing you, or the breadth that helps identify risks and opportunities to keep the engine moving — and bring it to bear where the work demands it, sharpened by constant client contact
- Shape how the team learns: set the patterns and standards that let each engagement build on the last
Sense and Signal
- Serve as a credible field source — translating what you see across client and vendor interactions into structured feedback for Operations, Product, and Engineering
- Read the signal beneath the noise and give it shape, so field experience becomes something the practice can act on
What We Are Looking For
We Relentlessly Care About the What and About the How
- Decency Quotient (DQ). Not a values statement — it is how we operate. We hire for IQ, EQ, and DQ in equal measure.
- Systems thinking in motion. You see the whole system and move it — reasoning with breadth while carrying the judgment to act.
- Emerging depth. You bring a declared minor — real expertise in one domain — and the discipline to deepen it without narrowing yourself.
- Maturity beyond tasks. You manage vendors, people, and stakeholders with the composure to hold relationships and outcomes steady at once.
- Growth mindset. You keep learning as breadth matures into edge, sharpening your craft through the work itself.
- Giver's mindset. You invest in your teammates and contribute to a culture where collective resilience matters as much as individual excellence.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with solid track record in consulting, technical delivery, or engineering — within fintech, payments, or enterprise AI
- Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams end-to-end and manage vendors, people, and stakeholders across a delivery
- A declared minor — either a breadth specialization such as Technical Program Management, or real depth in one domain such as data architecture, security, conversational AI, context engineering, or regulatory technology
- For those declaring a minor in Solution Architecture: a working command of cloud, APIs, event-driven patterns, and data structures — sufficient to hold technical conversations and know when to escalate
- Professional fluency in English, with mandatory fluency in the local language of the market
What Will Set You Apart
- A graduate degree aligned to your minor — an MSc or commitment to pursue a PhD is desirable:
- Minor leaning Technical Program Management (breadth): a Master's in Technology Management, Agentic AI Management, or similar
- Minor leaning Solution Architecture (depth): a PhD in any piece of the Agentic AI value chain
- Track record of building delivery process from the ground up in a Year-Zero or early-stage practice
- Experience with Mastercard APIs, open banking standards, or ISO 20022
- Familiarity with AI regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, PCI-DSS) and the equivalent national frameworks of the markets served
Why Now
Mastercard Agent Suite launched in January 2026. Those who join in the early stages of Agent Suite Services will help shape the standards, the depth, and the client relationships that define its future — building real specialization while the practice is still being written.
