In addition, you will help structure and improve internal knowledge resources through SharePoint and other collaboration tools. Accountabilities:
- Track and manage privacy events from intake to closure, including monitoring shared mailboxes, initial assessments, follow-ups, and documentation of outcomes.
- Identify privacy risks, support triage activities, and contribute to mitigation tracking and trend analysis.
- Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and status updates to support reporting, audits, and inspection readiness.
- Support Quality Risk Management activities, including documentation, governance preparation, and coordination of review materials.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint-based resources, including process documentation, FAQs, templates, and operational guidance materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of processes, content accuracy, and usability of shared resources.
- Use systems such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office tools to support documentation control and operational tracking.
- 2–4 years of experience in quality, compliance, privacy, clinical operations, or a similarly regulated environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with GDPR and global privacy principles (pharmaceutical or R&D experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing documentation, workflows, or operational tracking systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
- Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and support structured problem-solving in process-driven environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to manage sensitive data appropriately.
