About the role:Develop and execute the strategic business and tactical plans for TheraSphere, the leading Y90 therapy in the Interventional Oncology and Embolization (IO&E) franchise. As a Downstream Marketer for TheraSphere, you will provide the strategic foundation while executing with excellence to drive growth and reinforce our market leadership position. Responsibilities include deep collaboration with the Sales team and key customer targets (Interventional Radiologists), strategy development and execution for TheraSphere Software updates/upgrades, and close cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Medical, and across the marketing function.This individual is an experienced marketer demonstrating strength in customer connectivity, growing established products in complex global markets, and navigating through change across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:Proven track record of leveraging deep customer insights to unlock growthDevelop, drive alignment and execute clinical messaging as a core foundation of OncologyActively monitor competitive trends and align the organization on key blunting effortsCreating an innovative digital strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Activation team to increase adoption of a new Software solutionGlobal product management of a high growth, complex, highly clinical therapyCollaboration with global partners to drive growth in global growth marketsServe as a liaison between commercial partnership teams, such as R&D, Software Development, Upstream, Sales and MedicalConduct market research, especially in collaboration with physician KOLsSupport growth of TheraSphere 360, working directly with the Sales team, R&D, Software Development, IT, Legal, and Commercial teamsApplies strong analytical and problem-solving skills to plan, execute, and track performance activity.Execute with speed and agility independently, while bringing others alongExhibit professional maturity and help to foster an open, challenging, stimulating and positive environment that enables colleagues to be their best Required qualifications:10+ years of marketing experience required5+ years of Medical Device experience requiredBA/BS requiredProven track record of collaborating directly with the Field Sales teamPosition requires ~30% travelPreferred qualifications:2+ years of Software or Software as a Medical Device preferredMaster’s/MBA preferredDemonstrated success working as an integral team member, collaborating cross-functionally, and the ability to drive change within a matrix team structure.Demonstrated success managing complex projects on highly technical product linesAbility to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic environment that thrives on deep customer and cross-functional relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWork Mode:At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy.
