We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused professionals to join our Homeowners Insurance Ordering team. This role involves processing homeowners insurance orders, coordinating with insurance companies and agencies, and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of requests while maintaining high service standards.Zillow Group is a strategic, mission-driven organization focused on delivering exceptional experiences and measurable outcomes. About the role
Process and manage Homeowner Insurance orders accurately and within defined timelines.
Coordinate with insurance carriers, agents, and internal stakeholders to obtain required information.
Review documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.
Maintain records and update internal systems with order status.
Communicate effectively via phone and email with US-based clients and insurance partners.
Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.
Who you are
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work permanent night shifts (US business hours).
Strong attention to detail.
Good computer proficiency and the ability to work with multiple applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in US mortgage or insurance processes.
Knowledge of US homeowners insurance ordering is an added advantage.
Familiarity with US insurance terminology and documentation will be a plus.
