The role requires strategic account management, consultative selling, and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs. Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve revenue objectives and accelerate business growth. Identify new business opportunities, target accounts, and key decision-makers within the healthcare payer ecosystem. Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with healthcare insurance organizations and senior stakeholders. Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution. Understand customer challenges and position solutions effectively to address payment integrity and operational needs. Create and manage sales strategies for large, multi-year SaaS opportunities valued at $500K+. Collaborate with internal teams and partner ecosystems to deliver successful customer outcomes. Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales materials while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and contribute to forecasting and sales performance reviews. Represent the organization at relevant industry events and networking opportunities. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings extensive enterprise SaaS sales experience within healthcare insurance and a strong understanding of payer operations. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation abilities, and the ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders. Minimum of 5 years of successful experience selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions to healthcare insurance payers. Deep understanding of the healthcare payer ecosystem, including areas such as utilization management, provider management, CFO functions, and special investigation units. Existing relationships with healthcare insurance stakeholders and decision-makers. Proven experience managing large enterprise sales cycles and closing multi-year contracts. Demonstrated success selling SaaS solutions with deal values of $500K or higher. Strong pipeline generation, prospecting, negotiation, and account development skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly through compelling presentations and storytelling. Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to identify customer pain points and business needs. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment. Experience collaborating with partner ecosystems to scale business opportunities is preferred.
