Accountabilities:

    • Define and lead the experimentation strategy across product teams, ensuring scalable and statistically sound A/B, multivariate, holdout, and sequential testing practices.
    • Build and evolve experimentation frameworks, governance models, and best practices used across enterprise-level product and engineering teams.
    • Analyze experiment results using advanced statistical methods, including significance testing, sample sizing, and bias/variance evaluation, to generate actionable insights.
    • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and Analytics teams to design, implement, and optimize experimentation infrastructure.
    • Translate experiment outcomes into clear product recommendations that drive user experience improvements and business growth.
    • Ensure data integrity and methodological rigor across all experimentation initiatives to support reliable decision-making.
    • Support the scaling of experimentation platforms such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or similar enterprise tools.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in Product Management with strong focus on experimentation, testing frameworks, and data-driven product development.
      • Deep expertise in experimentation methodologies including A/B testing, multivariate testing, holdout testing, and sequential testing.
      • Strong understanding of statistical concepts such as significance, sample sizing, bias, and variance analysis.
      • Hands-on experience with enterprise experimentation platforms such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Statsig.
      • Proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex experiment data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Experience building or scaling experimentation frameworks, governance models, and best practices in large organizations.
      • Strong collaboration skills working across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML teams.
      • Bonus: experience in top-tier technology companies or large-scale consumer/eCommerce environments.
