Grace products are used in more than 60 countries across critical industrial and infrastructure environments.SummaryThis role is well suited for someone with approximately three years of technical sales, applications engineering, field sales, or customer-facing engineering experience who wants to build a long-term career in industrial technology sales.You will work with utility engineering, operations, maintenance, reliability, and electrical safety teams to understand customer challenges and recommend Grace solutions that improve safety, compliance, reliability, and uptime.You will partner closely with account managers, territory sales teams, distributors, engineering firms, OEMs, and Grace product specialists. Over time, you will develop the technical and commercial experience required to manage larger accounts and more complex opportunities independently.Reports to the Director of Vertical Market Strategy.What You’ll Be Responsible ForSupporting sales growth across utilities, power generation facilities, and related industrial infrastructure accountsIdentifying customer needs through technical discovery meetings, site visits, and application discussionsPresenting and demonstrating Grace electrical safety, monitoring, and predictive maintenance solutionsHelping customers select appropriate products based on their applications, electrical systems, safety requirements, and operational goalsSupporting specification, design-in, pilot, and standardization opportunities with engineering and safety teamsDeveloping relationships with engineers, maintenance leaders, electrical safety professionals, operations teams, and other customer stakeholdersPreparing technical proposals, product recommendations, quotations, and follow-up documentationSupporting opportunities from initial discovery through evaluation, purchase, installation, and expansionCoordinating with internal product, engineering, customer service, and sales teams to address customer requirementsWorking with distributors, channel partners, EPCs, system integrators, and OEMs to expand market reachParticipating in customer training, industry events, trade shows, and technical presentationsMaintaining accurate opportunity, account, activity, and forecast information within HubSpotContinuing to develop knowledge of utility operations, electrical safety standards, predictive maintenance, and Grace product applicationsWhat You BringTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
