You will manage a wide range of activities within the Hire to Retire cycle, including contract management, employee data changes, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.   You will also collaborate with Payroll, Recruiting, HR Technology, and Compliance to ensure smooth and accurate HR operations. You will also support projects and transitions, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and excellent customer service that contributes to a seamless HR experience and continuous improvement. Deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused HR services that enhance the employee experience and support our business goals. Build strong partnerships with Payroll, Recruiting, HR Technology, and Compliance to ensure seamless HR operations and effective solutions. Proactively identify and implement improvements to streamline HR processes, reduce errors, and increase value for our team and partners. Handle sensitive information with integrity, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and trust. Contribute to a culture of learning and innovation by sharing best practices, seeking feedback, and supporting team development. Take ownership of projects and process transitions that match your strengths and interests, supporting your growth and self-actualization. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Fluent in Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with a ticketing system is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. Open to learning and continuous improvement. Willingness to work onsite 2–3 days per week. What Will Put You Ahead Experience in a shared services or multinational environment, particularly with case management systems. Demonstrated HR operational knowledge, including workforce labor compliance, vendor coordination, and process improvement.
