Join us and redefine what’s next for you.Role OverviewWe are seeking talented React/NextJS Developers with 4+ years of experience in building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. The role requires strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and frontend engineering best practices, with a focus on performance, usability, and seamless integration with backend services.What you will do:Responsibilities: Frontend DevelopmentDesign and develop user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.Implement reusable components, hooks, and state management (Redux, Context API).Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.Integration & APIsIntegrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth data exchange.Implement secure authentication and session management.UI/UX & TestingWork closely with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.Implement accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards.Write unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).Performance & DeploymentOptimize Next.js apps for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR).Manage builds and deployments using CI/CD pipelines.Ensure SEO optimization and performance tuning (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).Collaboration & SupportWork in agile teams with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.Support production issue resolution and bug fixes.Contribute to frontend coding standards and best practicesWhat you need to bring:Education & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.5+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 2–3 years in React.js/Next.js.Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend workflows.Experience with state management (Redux, MobX, Context API).Familiarity with CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled Components, Emotion, TailwindCSS).Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.Preferred KnowledgeExperience with progressive web apps (PWAs) and offline-first design.Familiarity with frontend security (XSS, CSRF, CORS, JWT).Exposure to Node.js and backend frameworks for full-stack development.Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for frontend deployments.​Preferred certifications:React or JavaScript/TypeScript professional certifications.Cloud Developer certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) for...
