Rigi HR Executive 0-3 Years Bengaluru Full-Time We're building Rigi TV, a fast-growing global OTT startup, and we need someone who can own both hiring and day-to-day HR operations. You'll run the full TA cycle, keep the team running smoothly behind the scenes, and help us build a workplace people actually want to be part of.Talent Acquisition Own hiring end-to-end across tech, product, and business rolesProactive sourcing on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and referral networksScreening, initial calls, and coordinating panel interviews with hiring managersOwning candidate experience — prompt communication, no ghosting, clean handoffsOffer management, negotiation support, and pre-joining engagementTracking hiring metrics — time-to-fill, source quality, offer-to-join ratioHR Operations Keep the team experience smooth and the basics running without a fussRun a structured onboarding process — documentation, day-one prep, tool access, buddy setupMaintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentationManage leaves, attendance, and basic payroll coordination with financeBe the first point of contact for employee queries — handle them quickly and without escalationYou're the right fit ifYou have 0–3 years of HR experience covering both hiring and operationsYou've worked independently - you know what needs doing and you do itYou write clearly and communicate without needing follow-upYou're comfortable being the only HR person in the roomYou use AI tools to work faster, not as a crutchYou're comfortable with Excel — tracking pipelines, building trackers, maintaining dashboardsYou back your decisions with data — hiring funnel numbers, attrition signals, onboarding drop-offsYou're based in Bengaluru or can relocate immediatelyWhat you getCompetitive compensation based on profileFull hiring and HR ownership from day oneDirect access to the founding teamOpportunity to build the HR function as we scaleWork from our Bengaluru office Apply for this job Share with someone awesome View all job openings
