Location: South West England & South Wales
We are working with a pharmaceutical company focused on improving care for patients with ADHD. They are looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to cover South West England and South Wales.
The role
This is a field based position with responsibility for managing a broad and strategically important territory. You will work across primary and secondary care, engaging with healthcare professionals involved in the diagnosis and management of ADHD.
The role focuses on key account management, with an emphasis on identifying areas of opportunity, maintaining existing relationships, and supporting appropriate patient access to treatment.
You will be responsible for planning and managing your territory, using available data and insight to prioritise activity and support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain territory and account plans aligned to business priorities
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities within key accounts to support appropriate patient access
- Deliver accurate and compliant clinical and commercial information
- Review territory performance and use data to inform activity
- Work with internal colleagues to support a consistent approach across accounts
About you
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical sales
- Understanding of working within a field based role
- Able to plan and manage a territory effectively
- Comfortable working independently across a large geographical area
- Able to engage with a range of healthcare stakeholders
- Open to feedback and ongoing development
- Full UK driving licence
