This role ensures quality systems and documentation are accurate, organized, and up to date.Fibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. Headquartered in Minden, Louisiana, Fibrebond is known for its engineered to order solutions that support complex infrastructure projects across North America. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton’s modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond’s strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana. The expected annual salary range for this role is $47,000 - $69,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 standardsSupport internal audits, track findings, and assistant corrective action follow-upMaintain and control quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and recordsEnsure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and procedures across manufacturing operationsTrack and report quality metrics (daily and weekly NC reporting), QA summary reporting, KPIs, and audit resultsSupport corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and documentationMaintain quality records (CAR logs, calibration, material certs)Support tool calibration with vendorsAssist with quality issues, call-back tickets, and closuresUse systems (Epicor, Excel, Word, Access) to manage data.  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, including document formatting, data entry, and basic spreadsheet functions.Provide administrative support to Quality and Testing teamsSupport corrective actions using 8D, 5 Why, A3, and Lean methodologiesServe as a liaison for customer quality concerns and drive timely resolutionEnsure proper document control, revision tracking, and record retentionPartner with departments to ensure compliance with quality processes and proceduresAssist with scheduling, printing, assembling, scanning, and maintaining the following Quality functions:Quality Travelers and Traveler system3rd Party inspections, labels, insignias, state decals, and data plates3rd Party and State Inspection monthly reportingQualifications: Basic (required) QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.One or more years of experience in administrative functions, quality assurance, manufacturing support, or similar functions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Minden, LA facility (75-mile radius) will be considered for this position.
