Position Overview:
As a TC/TL Living Team Specialist, you will have the outstanding opportunity to craft and maintain a world-class living environment for our employees. This role demands a proven ability to manage transportation, dormitory, and canteen services with precision and care.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully implement and coordinate transportation logistics, ensuring flawless and efficient employee commutes.
- Manage dormitory facilities to build a comfortable and encouraging living environment.
- Supervise canteen operations to provide nutritious and delicious meals, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve services and address any issues promptly.
- Determine and implement innovative solutions to improve the overall living experience for our employees.
- Strictly meet RBA, ISO, or other audit plan requirements.
- Develop and control budget plans effectively.
- Serve as a backup for general affair functions and facility service team tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills with an ambitious drive for excellence.
- Proven experience in managing hospitality services, including transportation, accommodation, and food services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to compete in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the food/hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale living facilities and services.

- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
- Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business
