Accountabilities:

    • Lead the end-to-end proposal development process from RFP intake to final submission, ensuring compliance with requirements and internal standards.
    • Coordinate with sales, SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather content, validate inputs, and develop persuasive, client-focused proposal responses.
    • Develop structured proposal components including compliance matrices, executive summaries, win themes, and tailored responses to client questions.
    • Manage timelines, assign responsibilities, track progress, and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
    • Review, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand and messaging standards.
    • Support continuous improvement by contributing to content libraries, process enhancements, and post-submission reviews.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or a related commercial writing role.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and structured business content.
      • Experience managing multiple complex proposals simultaneously in deadline-driven environments.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, legal, finance, and subject matter experts.
      • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with a high attention to detail.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with document design and formatting tools (e.g., Adobe, InDesign preferred).
      • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
