DESCRIPTION:
Join us as a Document Control Administrator II and contribute to maintaining the highest quality standards in our manufacturing operations. In this position, you'll ensure consistent documentation practices that are essential for our standards and regulatory compliance. Your detailed work will directly support the production of innovative solutions that help improve health, environmental quality, and safety.
Working in a GMP environment, you'll review manufacturing records, manage document control processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain documentation accuracy and compliance. You'll utilize various enterprise systems to process, track, and maintain critical documentation while ensuring adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in reviewing batch records, implementing change controls, and supporting customer audits. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance document control processes and systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Highschool diploma or GED is required
Experience:
1 year of relevant experience is required
• 1 year of experience in document control, quality assurance, or related field (preferred)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation review
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with change control processes and quality management systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Must be able to wear required PPE including lab coat, safety glasses, hairnet, and closed-toe shoes
• Ability to work assigned shift schedule (may include 2nd or 3rd shift)
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Close vision and ability to adjust focus required.
Regularly required to lift up to 20 pounds. May be required to lift weight of 45 pounds or more, with assistance and/or with equipment on occasion.
Ability to work in different environments such as frozen, refrigerated, and ambient/room temp.
Ability to work at different heights on Powered Industrial Trucks such as an Order Picker.

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $16.95–$25.42.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
