Accountabilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify new market opportunities, applications, and customer segments to drive business expansion.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities and secure business in competitive environments.
- Gather and share market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive information to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and maintain sales pipelines, customer activities, and forecasting data through CRM systems.
- Represent the organization professionally while promoting advanced molecular biology and protein solutions to research and biotechnology customers.
- MSc or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or another relevant Life Sciences discipline.
- Hands-on laboratory experience and strong technical expertise within the life sciences sector.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development within biotechnology, life sciences, or CRO environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of biological research markets and familiarity with areas such as gene synthesis, proteins, peptides, antibodies, or cell line development services.
- Fluency in English and French, with French proficiency at C1 level or above.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional, and multicultural environments.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing sales pipelines and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
