As a leader within this team, you'll have the opportunity to shape sales strategies, mentor emerging talent, and drive significant business impact while working alongside some of the industry's most experienced professionals.   About the Role As Senior Manger - Sales in our Hunting Vertical, you will spearhead new business development initiatives and drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition. This leadership role requires a seasoned sales professional who can navigate complex enterprise sales cycles while building and scaling high-performing sales processes. You'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with medium to large enterprises, focusing on PayU's comprehensive suite of payment solutions. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to directly impact PayU's growth trajectory in one of our most important markets. The position is based in Mumbai and reports directly to senior sales leadership, with opportunities for career advancement within PayU's global organization. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for new business acquisition within assigned market segments Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure Identify and penetrate new market segments and verticals to expand PayU's customer base Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive positioning Establish and nurture strategic partnerships that drive mutual business growth Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at target enterprise accounts Serve as primary point of contact for strategic prospects, ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet complex client requirements Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a culture of...
