We are a fast-growing technology company that develops and operates unmanned retail and F&B solutions, specifically tailored for hotels. We combine smart software, data, and logistics to enable 24/7 self-service stores and innovative concepts such as unattended bar, coffee, breakfast, and meal modules for hotel guests and other consumers.
Through advanced technology and data-driven capabilities, inventory management and replenishment are fully automated, seamlessly connecting hotel demand (and guest needs) with the supply of various partners, including distributors, suppliers, and builders. Hotels simply provide the space, Wundermart takes care of the rest!
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, payroll, and absence management. You will serve as a trusted partner for employees, staying closely connected to the business, understanding what is happening across the organization, and providing proactive HR support and guidance.
Wundermart is currently active in 9 countries and we have around 100 colleagues from different backgrounds working from our headquarters in Amsterdam and abroad.
