Accountabilities
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with families through regular communication, home visits, and ongoing support.
- Identify family strengths and needs, support goal setting, and connect families to appropriate internal and external resources.
- Serve as a liaison between families, program staff, and community organizations to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
- Monitor required family and child outcomes such as health, attendance, and developmental milestones, ensuring compliance with program standards.
- Facilitate parent engagement activities, meetings, and volunteer opportunities that strengthen family involvement.
- Support enrollment, recruitment, orientation, and retention efforts for early childhood programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and reporting in required systems and databases.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Studies, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience working with children, families, or community-based social service programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed documentation.
- Experience in home visiting programs, family childcare settings, shelters, or similar community-based environments is highly valued.

Requirements
