Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and optimize sophisticated omnichannel marketing campaigns using Marketo and the broader marketing technology ecosystem.
- Serve as the senior subject matter expert and administrator for the marketing automation platform, establishing governance, architecture standards, workflows, and operational best practices.
- Own and enhance lead lifecycle management, including lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing strategies, and alignment with demand generation, sales, and revenue operations teams.
- Apply AI and automation capabilities to accelerate campaign creation, improve audience targeting, enhance personalization, and streamline repetitive marketing processes.
- Leverage AI-powered content tools to develop, test, and personalize email campaigns while maintaining brand consistency, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, reviewing campaign strategies, and developing documentation and scalable processes.
- Create targeted customer communications by optimizing segmentation, messaging frequency, channel strategies, and dynamic content experiences.
- Analyze campaign performance through KPIs, testing frameworks, attribution models, and data insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage marketing automation integrations, including CRM synchronization, data flows, and platform health across connected systems.
- Configure and optimize advanced platform capabilities, including custom objects, automation workflows, dynamic campaigns, tracking solutions, and personalization tools.
- Maintain database quality, deliverability standards, consent management, segmentation hygiene, and privacy compliance.
- Build reporting frameworks that connect marketing activities to pipeline performance, revenue impact, and business outcomes.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and marketing technologies, supporting experimentation, adoption, and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Support the evaluation and improvement of marketing technology platforms, including vendor assessments, proof-of-concepts, and migration initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing operations comply with internal policies, security standards, confidentiality requirements, and applicable healthcare data regulations.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing automation, with hands-on ownership of campaigns, segmentation, and lifecycle programs.
- Extensive experience with Marketo or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing automation platforms, including governance, integrations, workflows, and overall system health.
- Experience applying AI technologies to marketing operations, including AI-assisted content creation, workflow automation, analytics, or agentic tools.
- Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies, with the ability to identify practical applications that improve business outcomes.
- Advanced understanding of email marketing, lead management, customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
- Experience developing testing strategies, analyzing campaign data, and using insights to improve engagement and conversion.
- Expertise with Marketo capabilities such as LaunchPoint integrations, CRM synchronization, Munchkin tracking, Custom Objects, Smart Campaigns, Flow Actions, and personalization tools.
- Experience managing CRM integrations, particularly with Salesforce or similar platforms, is preferred.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, operations, and technology teams.
- Marketo certification, such as Adobe Marketo Engage Certified Expert, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, marketing, creative media, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $100,000 to $112,600 USD, depending on experience, location, skills, and business needs.
