Job Summary
Provides advanced administrative and analytical compensation support. Acts as a mentor to reward analysts.

Accountabilities:

  • Information and Business Advice - Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
  • Annual Pay and Benefits Review - Support the delivery of the annual review; provide relevant payroll and market pay analyses; contribute to the drafting of communications and the preparation of management decision-making tools.
  • HR Data Analytics and Insights - Support in delivering analyses of HR data and identifying trends to contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
  • Job Analysis and Evaluation - Support the delivery of job analysis and job evaluation processes; produce job descriptions and role profiles and associated scoping data.
  • HR Data Management - Carry out a wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed; advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed.
  • Organization Structure - Signal opportunities for business performance improvement through small changes to roles and responsibilities within a process or procedure.
  • Data Collection and Analysis - Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
  • Document Preparation - Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
  • Operational Compliance - Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
  • Personal Capability Building - Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

  • Data Analysis Techniques - Intermediate - Works at an intermediate level to inspect, cleanse, transform, and model data to discover useful information, inform conclusions, and support decision-making. Typically works with guidance.
  • Adaptive Mindset - Experienced - Works with full competence to shift into and out of a mental mindset associated with assessing the facts and circumstances of the current situation and/or environment, and making the appropriate/innovative adjustments to thinking and work habits to thrive in any scenario. Typically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance.
  • Planning and Organizing - Experienced - Works with full competence to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives. Typically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance.
  • Data Collection and Analysis - Human Resources - Intermediate - Works at an intermediate level to collect, process, and analyze HR data to enhance workforce planning and organizational performance. Typically works with guidance.
  • Numerical Skills - Experienced - Works with full competence to understand numerical concepts and use them to carry out mathematical operations e.g. in order to analyze reports. Typically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance.
  • Review and Reporting - Intermediate - Works at an intermediate level to create reports, and review reports created by others, for various audiences as relevant, in a lucid and effective manner, keeping in mind the purpose of reports. Typically works with guidance.
  • Verbal Communication - Intermediate - Works at an intermediate level to express ideas, request actions, formulate plans, and policies by means of clear and effective verbal communications. Typically works with guidance.
  • Data Control - Experienced - Works with full competence to acquire, organize, protect and process data in order to fulfill business objectives. Typically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance.
  • Computer Skills - Experienced - Works with full competence to understand and effectively use standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes. Typically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance.
  • Data Interpretation - Intermediate - Works at an intermediate level to interpret data by examining patterns, trends, relationships, and implications to draw meaningful conclusions and answer critical questions. Typically works with guidance.
  • Systems and Tools - Human Resources - Intermediate - Works at an intermediate level to leverage HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software applications to efficiently manage employee data, payroll, benefits, and other HR functions. Typically works with guidance.
  • Assessment - Intermediate - Works at an intermediate level to assimilate and understand data and information from various sources in order to draw appropriate conclusions and make relevant recommendations. Typically works with guidance.
