Accountabilities:

    • Engage with inbound, pre-qualified leads to understand client needs and provide guidance on financial protection options.
    • Present and explain available benefit solutions in a clear, client-focused manner.
    • Support clients through a simple enrollment and onboarding process from start to finish.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage retention and portfolio growth.
    • Manage your sales pipeline effectively while maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
    • Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve performance and share best practices.
    • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through provided training and mentorship.
    • Requirements:

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with clients.
      • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
      • Ability to follow a structured sales process and adapt based on client needs.
      • Coachable attitude with openness to feedback, training, and continuous improvement.
      • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required.
      • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
      • Basic digital literacy and ability to use online communication and CRM tools effectively.
