Role responsibilities
The Recruiter will review applications, conduct candidate searches, and interview candidates while acting as a consultative partner to clients. They will develop strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent and manage a high volume of clients and requisitions.
Requirements
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and experience in high volume recruiting environments. A combination of corporate and agency experience is preferred, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
