Accountabilities:
- Execute seasonal site merchandising strategies across desktop, mobile, and app channels in alignment with commercial priorities.
- Manage homepage updates, category experiences, promotional launches, and digital campaign execution.
- Maintain backend merchandising activities within ecommerce platforms, including category setup, product sorting, search optimization, and promotional configuration.
- Own assigned product or sub-brand experiences by ensuring accurate product presentation, storytelling, and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with merchandising, planning, marketing, creative, site operations, and technology teams to support launches and resolve issues.
- Create and manage project briefs for site updates and ecommerce initiatives.
- Perform end-to-end quality assurance across digital channels, validating navigation, pricing, imagery, promotions, search functionality, and product placement.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve defects and improve the customer experience.
- Build and maintain product sorting strategies using manual and rule-based approaches to optimize assortment visibility.
- Analyze customer behavior, inventory trends, and ecommerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop recurring reports, competitive analyses, and recommendations based on digital merchandising KPIs.
- Present insights and optimization opportunities to stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, digital merchandising, or retail, preferably within fashion or apparel.
- Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or a similar ecommerce platform.
- Hands-on experience managing backend merchandising, category setup, product organization, and sorting strategies.
- Familiarity with search merchandising tools such as Bloomreach or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ecommerce reports, customer behavior data, and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, quality assurance, and customer experience.
- Ability to identify problems, recommend solutions, and continuously improve digital processes.
- Competitive salary range of $70,304 – $77,000.
