Accountabilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment workflows
- Manage and optimize AWS-based cloud infrastructure focusing on scalability, availability, security, and cost efficiency
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Monitor system performance using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK, ensuring proactive issue detection and resolution
- Analyze server metrics (CPU, memory, disk, network) to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system behavior
- Manage configuration, artifact repositories, and version control workflows using tools like Git and Nexus
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and implement production-grade fixes and enhancements
- Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter and support continuous system optimization initiatives
- Support security best practices across infrastructure, deployments, and application lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–4+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles supporting production systems
- Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, and server infrastructure fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture best practices
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployments
- Good understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL and application servers like Tomcat or Apache
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK stack
- Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to resolve complex production issues
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
