Accountabilities:
- Implement and maintain credit policies, decision rules, and approval criteria within credit decision engines.
- Design and optimize workflows related to credit granting, limit reviews, renewals, exceptions, and operational maintenance processes.
- Map digital credit journeys, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose automation opportunities.
- Configure operational queues, SLAs, routing rules, and workflow stages to improve process efficiency.
- Support integrations between credit policies, decision engines, data platforms, and digital processing pipelines.
- Execute homologation and validation tests to ensure system configurations accurately reflect approved credit policies.
- Monitor operational indicators and continuously improve rules, automations, and workflow performance based on efficiency and risk metrics.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver scalable and customer-centric credit solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Solid experience working with credit decision engines and automated credit workflows.
- Strong knowledge of credit policy parameterization, decision rules, BPM, and process automation tools.
- Experience with retail and corporate credit products, including approval processes, limit management, scoring models, ratings, guarantees, and customer segmentation.
- Ability to translate business and credit policies into operational and system requirements.
- Experience with functional documentation, testing processes, and rule validation.
- Familiarity with workflow performance metrics such as SLA compliance, approval rates, manual interventions, backlog management, and exception handling.
- Proficiency in process mapping methodologies, BPMN, Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Previous exposure to digital lending environments, APIs, system integrations, and agile methodologies will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a continuous improvement approach.
