Sr. Human Resources Business Operations Analyst
Role responsibilities
The Sr. HR Business Operations Analyst will develop and manage HR Scorecards and metrics to ensure compliance and service delivery. They will work collaboratively with HR leadership and ensure cross-functional service delivery of key HR initiatives.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Human Resources or related fields, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Tableau and Power BI experience is preferred, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
