Job Summary

The Compliance & Reporting Analyst will support the Program Manager – Business Process & Assurance in compliance, fraud prevention, and business process improvement. This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing data, identifying and addressing compliance and fraud risks, and supporting reporting and audit needs across SHI. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and passionate about process improvement and risk mitigation.

Role Description

  • Analyze business data using advanced Excel skills to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Interpret complex data sets and prepare clear, actionable reports for management and business stakeholders.

  • Support fraud prevention efforts by investigating suspicious activity and helping develop innovative solutions.

  • Collaborate with various teams to improve internal processes and drive operational efficiency across SHI.

  • Conduct risk assessments and help identify areas where processes or controls can be strengthened.

  • Assist in developing and updating business policies and procedures to align with best practices and organizational goals.

  • Partner with stakeholders to implement new processes, controls, or reporting tools that enhance business outcomes.

  • Provide training and support to team members on data analysis, process improvement, and fraud awareness.

  • Track the progress of action plans and process enhancements, ensuring timely completion and communication.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by recommending creative solutions and leveraging data-driven insights

Skill Level Requirements

  • The ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently. - Basic

  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including the use of formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools. - Basic

  • Knowledge of various project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, to effectively plan, execute, and close projects. - Basic

  • Competence in utilizing tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or DevOps to plan, track, and manage project progress and resources. - Basic

  • Competence in using Dynamics CRM to manage customer relationships, track sales, and streamline business processes through automation and data analysis. - Basic



Other Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience

  • Strong knowledge of SHI internal processes, systems, and policies, with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • High integrity, professionalism, and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Experience in Audit, Finance, Risk, or Compliance is helpful but not required.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $45,000 - $67,200 which includes a base salary plus bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
