Job Summary:
Sustainable Infrastructure Sales is responsible for driving sales growth, customer engagement, and execution coordination for Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) and retrofit solutions within the assigned region and handles the sales team for the region.
The role reports to the Vertical Leader – Sustainable Infrastructure and is critical in translating regional strategy into ground results.
What will you do?
- Own the assigned sales targets for the region and responsible for the growth of EPC , retrofit, and sustainability-driven solutions.
- Drive commercial negotiations including capex, opex models & LC arrangements.
- Lead the team in the region and responsible for mentoring team and capability to work along cross functional teams ( Sales , service , factory & execution)
- Develop and execute account plans for key customers, consultants, and partners.
- Develop vendors and work with subcontractors for competitive bid submissions.
- Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities in chiller upgrades, HVAC retrofits, controls, and digital solutions.
- Support in building proposals for performance-based contracts including CAPEX, OPEX, and Energy-as-a-Service models.
- Coordinate with engineering, service, finance, and legal teams to ensure solution feasibility and timely deal closures.
- Support smooth project handover and execution governance, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with IPMVP measurement and verification protocols.
- Align projects with sustainability standards such as ECBC, LEED, and GRIHA.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting.
- Effectively writes, presents and communicates proposals. Secures major opportunities through the use of financial agreements. Negotiates value, addresses resistance when demonstrated, and closes the sale.

Experience:
- Min 14+ Years of domain experience
Education:
- BE/B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial Engg, Electrical & Electronics, Production Engg)
- Any other graduate but with deep domain knowledge matching JD can be an exception
