Job Title: Summer Student – Parts & Warehouse Support
Location: Sparwood, BC
Duration: Summer Term (Temporary)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Summer Student to support our Parts and Warehouse team during peak holiday coverage. This position provides valuable hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer-facing parts support within a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and shipping parts
- Support parts sales activities and customer service inquiries
- Stock and maintain inventory to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Perform general housekeeping and organization of warehouse and parts areas
- Assist team members with various tasks as required to support operational needs
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program or recently graduated
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction
- Basic computer skills are considered an asset
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour days
- Schedule may vary based on operational requirements
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move materials as required up to 40lbs
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
