As a Field Service Engr II, your focus will be to assist to assist the Field Service Leader in delivering service operations to customer sites, meeting individual AOP (Annual Operating Plan) revenue, margin and operational KPI targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and lifecycle support while meeting contractual obligations, maximizing customer satisfaction, and minimizing system downtime.
  • Responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of technical teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery to Honeywell customers.
  • Ensuring effective management of service workload, process improvements, technician and subcontractor performance, customer communications, technical escalations, financial forecasting, project administration, work progress claims, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality service outcomes and business objectives.
  • Support Honeywell’s digital transformation by leveraging Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and connected service technologies to optimize building performance, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Support Field Service Leader in planning, coordinating, and executing customer and operational requirements to meet business objectives. 
  • Relevant experienced in project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved. 
  • Responsible for the design, configuration, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of Honeywell Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), HVAC Controls, CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems, and other integrated building technologies. 
  • Knowledge of computer systems for the setup and support of servers, workstations, virtual environments, networking, databases, Internet connectivity, controller programming, head-end server graphics, and field devices. 
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders by analysing system performance, diagnosing faults, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions. 
  • Support pre-sales activities including technical site surveys, solution recommendations, engineering documentation, and customer presentations. 
  • Leverage Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled tools to analyse system performance, identify trends, support predictive maintenance, optimise building operations, and improve customer outcomes. 
  • Continuously enhance technical knowledge by adopting emerging digital technologies, AI solutions, and industry best practices. 

 

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • 3-4 years of work experience preferred with relevant knowledge of BMS, FAS, CCTV and Security systems
  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering/IT
  • Ability to manage self and assist others, including contractors, to work in a safe manner
  • Ability to identify safety improvements in the workplace
  • Ability to acquire and demonstrate trade skills and/or product knowledge to meet the requirements of the role
  • Ability to apply knowledge and understanding of Honeywell products to develop solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with customers 
  • Ability to manage jobs and/ or projects to standards, budgets and deadlines, this includes the ability to carry out risk assessments and complete forecasts
