We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.Your day-to-day responsibilitiesDesign board-level electronic systems for satellite radar units and RF boards, focusing on power and control circuitsDevelop microcontroller-based solutions for power management and control functionsTest and validate electronic designs to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with requirementsDocument schematics, PCB layouts, and verification procedures throughout developmentTroubleshoot issues across development, manufacturing, and in-orbit operationsCollaborate with RF, mechanical, and software teams to deliver integrated payload systemsLead technical initiatives and contribute system-level insight to identify risks and drive solutionsSupport production and continuous improvement of electronic subsystemsWhat we’re looking forMust haves:10+ years of experience in electronics engineering delivering industrial-grade hardware products end-to-endStrong experience designing analog power systems and control electronics for complex hardwareProficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium and best practices for high-reliability designsSolid understanding of high-speed signal design and integrityKnowledge of EMI and EMC principles and their application in hardware designExperience with hands-on testing, debugging, and validation of electronic systemsAbility to lead technically and apply system-level thinking to complex engineering problemsWorking knowledge of Python for analysis, testing, or toolingNice to haves:Experience ensuring power integrity across mixed RF, high-speed, and high-power systemsBackground in aerospace, satellite systems, or defense hardware developmentFundamental understanding of RF systems and their integration with electronicsApplication ProcessRecruiter screeningHiring manager interviewTechnical taskTechnical panel interviewFinal interviewWorking at ICEYEAt ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
