As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll work alongside a collaborative group of professionals dedicated to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.In this role, you'll operate advanced automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment, including robotic assembly systems, to help ensure our products are built to the highest standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a team-oriented environment, and take pride in producing quality products that make a difference, we'd love to have you on our team.Work Schedule:Mon-Fri 6:00AM- 2:30PMEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Operates hand tools, or production equipment.Assembles products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings ordiagrams.Execute redline experimental requests (ERs) independently.Complete and review associated documents.Compile and report yield and rejection data on a regular basis.Maintain product traceability and reject tracking.Proficient with Agile.Train new employees.Able to work in multiple areas/production lines throughout the workday or work week without oversight fromTrainer or other experienced Manufacturing Associates.Provide feedback to supervisor and engineering teams.Able to describe processes to cross-function visitors.Follow and enforce GMP guidelines.This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.What you’ll get: A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
