Business Integration Associate (Internship)
• Support the CAM integration project across the Distribution Division, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports related to integration activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Customer Service to support integration initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and maintain documentation, action logs, and project tracking tools.
• Support process mapping, documentation of current and future-state workflows, and identification of process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, business cases, and management reports for project stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis on operational, commercial, and financial topics to support decision-making.
• Support change management and communication activities related to the integration project.
• Perform other ad hoc project-related duties as assigned by management.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple functions and cultures.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in project management, business analysis, legal, finance, or consulting environments is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
