This role sits at the heart of a large-scale Finance transformation program, driving how people, processes, and systems evolve across a global organization.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing change management strategies that enable successful adoption of new tools, operating models, and ways of working.
The position requires close collaboration with Finance, IT, HR, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement, and readiness throughout the transformation journey.
You will translate complex transformation initiatives into clear communication, training, and adoption strategies that support measurable behavioral change.

Accountabilities:

    • Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies for Finance transformation initiatives across systems, processes, and operating models.
    • Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify risks, resistance points, and adoption opportunities.
    • Partner with executive sponsors and senior leaders to drive engagement, alignment, and visible support for transformation efforts.
    • Design and deliver communication plans, executive messaging, and change narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
    • Build training, learning, and enablement programs to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.
    • Establish change readiness frameworks, adoption KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to track progress and outcomes.
    • Manage stakeholder engagement and resistance management, incorporating feedback loops to improve adoption strategies.
    • Develop scalable change management toolkits, playbooks, and best practices for use across future initiatives.
    • Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, HR, Learning & Development, and project teams to ensure integrated execution.
    • Continuously improve change methodologies by introducing industry best practices and enhancing organizational capability.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
      • 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, with strong exposure to large-scale transformation programs (10+ years preferred).
      • Proven experience supporting Finance transformation, ERP implementations, or enterprise system deployments.
      • Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, training design, and adoption planning.
      • Ability to influence senior leaders and executive sponsors without direct authority.
      • Experience building and tracking change KPIs, dashboards, and adoption metrics to measure effectiveness.
      • Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills across technical and executive audiences.
      • Certification such as Prosci, CCMP, APMG, or equivalent change management accreditation.
      • Experience in consulting or large enterprise environments is a strong plus.
      • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or similar platforms is highly desirable.
