Role Summary
As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will serve as a core finance partner supporting global planning, performance management, and decision-making. The role combines strong financial rigor with advanced analytics and process innovation, including the use of AI-driven insights and agentic automation to enhance planning effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to support global business decisions
Partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities
Develop and maintain advanced financial models supporting budgeting, long-range planning, and investment decisions
Drive variance analysis and performance tracking, translating results into clear recommendations
Improve planning, forecasting, and reporting processes through standardization and automation
Leverage AI and agentic tools to automate data aggregation, variance explanations, and scenario generation, increasing speed and quality of insights
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting outputs
Support strategic initiatives through business cases and financial modeling
Skills
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
Experience with planning systems (e.g., Tagetik) and data-driven decision support
Process improvement mindset with focus on scalability and standardization
AI-enabled finance: ability to leverage AI/agentic tools to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and improve decision support
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar role
Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a business partnering capacity
Exposure to advanced analytics, automation, or AI-driven finance tools preferred
Global experience preferred
Travel is approx. 20% in the U.S. and Europe

Compensation:
$71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
