In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of technology and business; helping organizations identify high-impact use cases, guiding technical adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and engage directly with customers as a trusted technical advisor, shaping solutions from early discovery through deployment and expansion.What you'll doPartner with customers to understand complex challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutionsLead technical conversations with a range of stakeholders, from hands-on practitioners to senior decision-makersDeliver compelling presentations, demos, and workshops in both small and large group settingsSupport customer implementations and ongoing success by providing guidance throughout the solution lifecycleBuild strong, long-term relationships with customer teams and identify opportunities to expand impactCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and services teams to ensure alignment and value deliveryContribute to external engagement efforts, including industry events and thought leadership activitiesShare insights from customer engagements to help shape product direction and future innovationAbout YouExperience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., solutions engineering, technical consulting, customer success, or similar) within a software or technology environmentStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and communicate solutions clearlyKnowledge of optimization, algorithms, or analytical problem-solving approachesProficiency in Python and familiarity with modern development tools and APIsBackground in a quantitative or technical field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related disciplinesExperience working with enterprise customers in industries such as logistics, manufacturing, life sciences, finance, or research environmentsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with operations research or advanced analytics techniquesExposure to emerging technologies such as quantum computing or AI/MLExperience managing or contributing to complex technical projectsPlease Note:This is a remote role based in the United States but can also be a hybrid role if you are based in the Boca Raton FL area.Travel (approximately 30–50%) for...
