Role responsibilities

Build and deploy internal AI tools and automations across various business functions to drive measurable KPI improvements. Architect the company's AI platform layer, including evaluation frameworks, retrieval stacks, and model gateways, while managing autonomous coding agents.

Requirements

Requires over 8 years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years focused on shipping AI-powered production tools. Must be highly proficient in agentic coding workflows and have experience embedding with non-engineering teams to solve business problems.
