We Are Looking For

The Warehouse Associate II is an experienced position responsible for performing a broad range of warehouse tasks with moderate supervision. This role is responsible for picking, shipping responsibilities, quality checks, training, troubleshooting and inventory management to enhance operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do 

As a Warehouse Associate II, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Prepare and process shipments, including labeling, packaging and verifying order accuracy with moderate supervision. 
• Troubleshoot basic shipping issues with some analysis, identifying and reporting potential errors or delays to leads or supervisors. 
• Assist in training new associates in picking, warehouse procedures and documentation, providing hands-on guidance and support. 
• Perform routine cycle counts for assigned inventory areas, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies with moderate analysis. 
• Pick materials according to documentation under moderate supervision, ensuring all items are correctly identified and selected. 
• Perform kit to stock tasks, ensuring materials are correctly assembled and ready for inventory. 
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness, including verifying item quantities, labels and packaging integrity. 
• Assist in loading and unloading materials from delivery trucks or storage areas under moderate supervision, using appropriate equipment and techniques. 
• Utilize basic computer skills (EPDS) to input data and access orders as required by warehouse management systems. 
• Maintain an organized work area by keeping aisles clear, properly storing materials, and adhering to safety and organizational standards. Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training sessions. 
• Operate PIT (power industrial trucks) (e.g. Wave, Forek-Lift, Cherry Picker, etc.) 

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalency 
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience with demonstrated proficiency in basic warehouse tasks 
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision while maintaining attention to detail 
• Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to guide and support less experienced associates 
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to report issues, provide feedback, and assist in training 
• Problem-solving skills to address basic operational and shipping challenges with some analysis 
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and warehouse procedures with a focus on continuous improvement

Special Requirements: 

• U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. 
• ITAR Requirement 
• 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
