Experience Required

  • 7–8 years of overall professional experience.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of recent experience handling US contracts within a multinational organization.
  • Educational background in Law (LLB/LLM preferred).
  • Experience working with US business stakeholders and contract administration processes.
  • Exposure to corporate, labor, and regulatory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management (50%)

  • Review, draft, analyze, and administer US commercial contracts, amendments, NDAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.
  • Support contract lifecycle management from initiation through execution and renewal.
  • Ensure contractual obligations, deliverables, and compliance requirements are tracked and maintained.
  • Identify contractual risks and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
  • Maintain contract repositories and accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, legal teams, and external partners on contract-related matters.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and revisions in accordance with company policies.

Compliance Management (50%)

  • Monitor compliance training completion and maintain training records.
  • Track and manage license renewals and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify authorized licensing, certifications, and corporate registrations.
  • Support India labor compliance requirements and statutory obligations.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Assist in policy implementation, audits, and regulatory assessments.
  • Support corporate compliance initiatives and governance activities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations
