Typical Shift: 8am-4:30pm Mon-FriBuilding repair as it pertains to assigned buildings.
Install and repair; door closers and thresholds, door and frames, drywall, carpentry, wall covering, carpet repair, light electrical, ceiling tile, light plumbing, painting, floor tile.
Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
Respond effectively to all emergencies.
Prepare and submit to management summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work, and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken.
Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping, safety of work areas and company vehicle. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.
Maintain compliance to State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes or Laws.
Must be willing and able to support any afterhours building related activity as required.
Attend periodic training seminars, as a group or solo with an on-line computer, on or off site.
Safe guard all company and clients assets and electronic devices in your possession.
Candidates must have an active state-issued driver's license and clean driving record • Must be 18 years of age or older• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required• At least one (1) year experience supporting mission critical environments• Hands on electrical or mechanical skill, and competence in the area of non-expertise • Operate and perform both routine and emergency service on a variety of state-of-the-art critical systems• Knowledge and experience using basic computer applications
