Salesforce Developer - Revenue Cloud - Philippines
Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones)
We are seeking a highly capable Salesforce Developer with strong experience in CPQ and ideally in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) or Salesforce Billing to lead the implementation, configuration, and evolution of our client project solutions. While the primary priority is delivering high-impact project work, this resource may occasionally contribute to rapid prototyping of complex use cases, proofs-of-concept, and staying current with new product capabilities to support the broader team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, implementing solutions using the Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud or Salesforce Billing out of the box functionalities and custom codes as and when required.
  • Hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience with data management and governance best practices including privacy and consent.
  • Detailed understanding of the development of modules within Salesforce and how those modules tie into a broader solution.
  • Broad understanding of SDLC concepts as well as system design including REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, SOAP.
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
  • Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency (including adding to Thunder’s solutions and accelerators!).
  • Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions.
  • Mentor CPQ Consultants, and other junior members across Thunder.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ of consulting and developing experience within the Salesforce partner/consulting ecosystem, especially CPQ & Revenue Cloud/Salesforce Billing, Sales Cloud, Field Service, and/or Experience Cloud
  • At least 1 year in leading projects within Salesforce CPQ (and/or Revenue Cloud/Salesforce Billing), with an understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ and Docusign preferable
  • Demonstrable capability in solutioning and developing independently for a variety of clients (including complex, Enterprise engagements)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software, application, and platforms, and working knowledge of business modeling, governance and operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as required by project work.
  • Strong business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skills
  • Strong communication and language skills - fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • At least 2 Active Salesforce Certifications + willingness to achieve 4 Active Salesforce certifications within your first 6 months of employment

      • Salesforce Certified Administrator
      • Salesforce Advanced Administrator
    • Preferred Certifications:
      • CPQ Specialist
      • Revenue Cloud Accredited Professional 
      • Billing Specialist Superbadge
      • Advanced Billing Specialist Superbadge
      • OmniStudio Consultant Certification
    • Any related DocuSign certifications

Preferred Experience / Nice-to-Haves
  • Hands-on familiarity with Revenue Cloud Advanced build is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience maintaining a demo or sandbox environment specifically for sales/demo use
  • Experience collaborating with developers for hybrid declarative/custom solutions
  • Exposure to CPQ/Billing integrations or external billing systems
  • Experience with dataset seeding / sample data scenarios in complex product quoting contexts
  • Experience Cloud experience / knowledge
  • Familiarity with order-to-cash, billing integrations, or subscription models
  • Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant
