Manager of Transaction Management (Capital Markets)

Location: Luxembourg

Job type: Permanent, Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office

Hours: Full-time, 40h/week

The salary range for this specific role will be € 80.000 – € 90.000 gross per year.

The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.

 

As a Manager of Transaction Management - Capital Markets at CSC you have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of passionate and talented people. Your responsibilities as a core member of the team will be incredibly diverse and include strategy, structuring and managing a broad portfolio of international clients.

 

What you’ll do for us

  • Working closely with our clients to structure their securitisation, lease, finance, bond issues transactions and their ongoing management.
  • Actively manage team members, be a point of reference and first escalation contact for the clients in your portfolio.
  • Guiding our clients through legal issues and regulatory matters.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in internal Compliance, Finance and Legal teams as well as in other jurisdictions.
  • Ensure that accurate legal records are maintained for the client portfolio and internal and external KPIs are timely met.
  • Actively participating in growing and marketing our business.
  • Participating as a core member of our team and helping us sustain our strong reputation as a leading provider in trust and corporate services.

 

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

 

  • Have a real passion for what you do and why you do it.
  • Want to succeed, grow, be challenged and challenge others.
  • Be driven, confident, flexible and engaged.
  • Hold a Master’s degree or professional studies in law with a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant working experience.
  • Be (future) leaders/managers that can support, encourage and develop more junior colleagues.
  • Be fluent in English, written and spoken. Any additional language is considered an advantage.
  • Have proven experience in financial services, securitisation, capital markets or international law.
  • Previous experience in a corporate services provider environment in Luxembourg would be an advantage.
