**Your role and responsibilities**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Entry-Level Cash Management Analyst to support daily cash operations, bank reconciliations, and client service. This role is ideal for recent graduates with strong analytical skills, a passion for financial operations, and a commitment to accuracy and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily Cash Operations
* Monitor and report daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts.
* Process and track incoming and outgoing payments (ACH, wires, checks, transfers).
* Support cash pooling/zero-balancing and intercompany settlements.
* Reconciliations & Controls
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances.
* Maintain audit-ready documentation, adhering to internal controls and SOX/compliance standards as applicable.
* Banking & Client Support
* Liaise with banking partners to resolve transaction issues and service requests (e.g., user access, fee disputes).
* Provide timely, professional updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
* Reporting & Continuous Improvement
* Propose process improvements and support SOP documentation.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or a related field.
* Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
* Analytical: Strong numerical and analytical skills; able to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.
* Detail & Organization: Excellent attention to detail; able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure; strong time management and deadline discipline.
* Mindset: Proactive, self-starter with a fast-learning curve and ownership mentality.
* Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Service Orientation: Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service.
* Language: Fluency in English.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Exposure to Accounts Receivable/Payable, or General Ledger reconciliation (internships or projects count).
* Familiarity with bank portals, and payment formats (ACH, SEPA, wire).
* Experience with ERP/TMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
* Intermediate Excel skills.
* Knowledge of internal controls, SOX basics, and bank fee analysis.
