About the roleD-Wave is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to support execution of our gate-model quantum processing unit (QPU) product roadmap, with a focus on dual-rail qubit systems. As a member of our Product Management team, you will translate quantum innovations into customer-focused products by partnering closely with engineering, program management, sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams. You will contribute to roadmap planning and development, define product requirements, and drive execution across hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions. This D role bridges product strategy and engineering execution, ensuring our full-stack quantum systems and simulators deliver meaningful value to customers. You will work across the solution landscape, from standalone quantum systems to hybrid classical-quantum solutions, while engaging with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and evolving requirements.This role will report to the VP, Gate Product Management.What you'll doSupport the translation of product roadmap objectives and company goals into clear business and product requirements for development teams. Define detailed product requirements for dual-rail gate-model quantum systems, simulators, and hybrid classical-quantum solutions. Partner with hardware, software, and research teams to prioritize features, evaluate technical trade-offs, and drive alignment of development efforts with customer and business needs. Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market insights, and product usage information, and competitive trends to inform prioritization and roadmap recommendations. Collaborate with program management to track progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and help ensure successful product delivery. Work with sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams to support product launches, messaging, and collateral development. Develop a deep understanding of our quantum hardware, software stack, customer use cases, and market opportunities to inform product decisions. Contribute to the development and evolution of the gate-model product roadmap through ongoing analysis of customer needs, technology advancements, and competitive trends.About YouMaster's degree in a technical discipline such as Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of product management experience supporting complex technical products, ideally involving integrated hardware and software systems in tech environments. Strong experience working with full-stack technology solutions, including hardware, software, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and customer value propositions.
