Accountabilities:
- Sell software solutions to small business clients seeking improved case management and operational efficiency.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
- Communicate product value clearly by understanding customer challenges and aligning solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and tailor sales messaging for prospective customers.
- Guide prospects through evaluation and purchasing processes while ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
- Build and execute strategies to increase pipeline generation and territory growth.
- Partner with sales development teams to identify qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity through CRM tools.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular updates on sales progress.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Apply sales methodologies and continuously improve effectiveness through coaching and feedback.
- 1–3 years of experience in enterprise software sales or a related technology sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and performance targets.
- Experience with lead qualification, outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and objection handling.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation, listening, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
