Accountabilities:

    • Monitor customer aging reports and follow up with clients regarding overdue invoices.
    • Conduct regular collection calls and communications with delinquent customers.
    • Respond to incoming billing-related questions and provide timely support to customers.
    • Gather necessary information to investigate and resolve billing issues efficiently.
    • Research complex billing concerns and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
    • Manage customer expectations by providing clear updates on resolution timelines.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to escalate and resolve client inquiries.
    • Maintain accurate customer account information and support effective invoicing processes.
    • Contribute to revenue objectives while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
    • Requirements:

      • Previous experience in customer service, collections, billing support, or a call center environment.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
      • Comfortable working with metrics, targets, and performance-driven objectives.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Ability to investigate issues, gather information, and identify effective solutions.
      • Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
      • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
      • Interest in developing knowledge and experience within finance and billing operations.
