Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the Role

At Pavago, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help connect exceptional talent with exciting career opportunities across multiple industries and client organizations.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll own the hiring process from sourcing and screening through candidate presentation and interview coordination. You’ll work closely with clients, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure an efficient hiring process while delivering an exceptional experience at every stage.

What You’ll Own

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management

  • Create and publish engaging job postings across multiple hiring platforms.
  • Source top talent through:
    • LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Job boards
    • Networking
    • Employee referrals
    • Boolean search
    • Passive candidate outreach
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate response rates.

Candidate Screening & Assessment

  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates based on:
    • Technical qualifications
    • Professional experience
    • Communication skills
    • Cultural fit
  • Prepare detailed interview evaluations and hiring recommendations.
  • Present qualified candidates with comprehensive candidate summaries.

Interview Coordination

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Keep candidates informed throughout every stage of the hiring process.
  • Provide timely updates, feedback, and next steps whenever possible.
  • Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Client Partnership

  • Develop a strong understanding of each client’s hiring needs, business goals, and company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
  • Present high-quality candidates efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Share hiring market insights and recruitment recommendations.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Keep recruitment pipelines organized and up to date.
  • Track hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate transition.
  • Continuously improve recruitment workflows and operational efficiency.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with video conferencing platforms for remote interviews.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for remote or international positions.
  • Agency or staffing firm recruitment experience.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Review hiring priorities and active requisitions.
  • Source candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter and multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct structured interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Present shortlisted candidates with detailed evaluations.
  • Maintain ATS records and recruitment pipelines.
  • Support onboarding and candidate communications.
  • Continuously strengthen talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
