RANGE OPERATIONS OFFICER

THIS IS AN INDIANA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION This position is in the Excepted Service under the authority of Title V, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA) This position is part of the IN JFHQ CAJMTC MCCO, Indiana National Guard under Position Description Number PD# T5687000. Supervise, plans, coordinates, and directs daily activities of the Range Operations Section consisting of; Range Scheduling, Range Technician/Specialists, and Range Firing Desk. Develops internal management goals, objectives, policies, procedures, standards, and milestones for Range Operations. Integrates emerging technology, such as Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS), Environmental Management System (EMS), Installation Status Report (ISR), and Operational Range Inventory to coordinate, balance, and de-conflict training. Performs other duties as assigned.
