Senior Director, Brands & Commercial Learning

This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Senior Director, Brands & Commercial Learning, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Learning team reporting to the VP of Learning, you will help shape how Hilton enables performance at scale across our brands and commercial functions.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Define and lead the enterprise strategy for Brands and Commercial Learning, aligning learning priorities to Hilton's goals, brand standards, and commercial performance drivers
- Translate priorities and market dynamics into forward-looking learning strategies that promote growth and competitive advantage
- Lead innovation across learning experiences, including the incorporation of AI-enabled solutions, digital learning ecosystems, and modern learner-centric approaches
- Ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences across regions while allowing for localization to meet market and brand needs
- Be the steward of the Hilton enterprise by promoting brand personality, standards, and storytelling and leadership capabilities into a variety of learning experiences
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Partner with Brands, Commercial Services, Operations, and HR leadership to align on priorities, capabilities, and learning investments
- Be a strategic advisor to senior executives on capability-building strategies, latest skill needs, and future workforce trends
- Collaborate with HR Technology, HR Strategy & Analytics, teams to promote integrated, data-driven learning experiences across the enterprise
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Influence partners and lead agreement across global teams
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable learning solutions that build capabilities in areas such as revenue management, sales, marketing, customer promise and brand service
- Establish and track clear success metrics (e.g., performance impact, adoption) to evolve learning solutions and demonstrate return on investment
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Eight plus (8+) years of experience in Learning, Leadership Development and/or Talent Management experience
- At least five (5) years of experience in a leadership role managing a team
- Experience with the principles of adult development, leadership, and strategy.
- Demonstrated experience to present to Senior-level Executives and serve as a consultant at the highest level of the organization.
- Willing to travel up to 25%
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, I/O Psychology, or related field, or professional experience in lieu thereof
- Master's Degree in HR, I/O Psychology, or related field, or professional experience in lieu thereof
- At least ten (10) years of Learning, Leadership Development or Talent Management experience.
- Storytelling and data-based narrative skills.
- International business experience in emerging markets.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Module

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $145,000 – $210,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
